Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer with 3+ years of hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in front-end development, SharePoint customization, and Office 365 integration. This is a full-time on-site role based in Bangalore, India.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and PowerShell
Work on SharePoint development models including Service Side, Web API, CSOM, and JSOM
Develop Master Pages, Layouts, Web Parts, Workflows, Timer Jobs, Event Handlers, and Content Types
Create UI features and automate configurations using PowerShell and scripting
Design, implement, and customize Intranet applications for HR, Admin, and Finance departments
Handle SharePoint migrations from file servers and on-premise environments
Work with Microsoft BI tools and integration (Power BI is a plus)
Develop web-based solutions using ASP.NET, WCF, SQL Server, and related backend technologies
Support branding tasks using HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and JavaScript frameworks
Troubleshoot, optimize, and support SharePoint environments including SharePoint 2010, 2013, and 2016
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in SharePoint Development and Office 365
Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2010/2013/2016
In-depth experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and InfoPath
Experience in building SharePoint Apps using C#, JavaScript, jQuery
Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2012/2014 or other database systems
Strong development skills in ASP.NET, WCF, Web Services
Working knowledge of Microsoft BI stack and Power BI is a plus
Frontend development using HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap
Exposure to frameworks like AngularJS and ReactJS is highly preferred
Ability to work independently on branding tasks including Master Pages and Page Layouts
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certifications in SharePoint or Office 365 (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience with enterprise-level SharePoint migrations
Ability to interact with cross-functional business teams and understand business requirements
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
