Looking for a DevOps Senior Engineer in the Data Engineering team to support next-gen Analytics applications over Oracle Cloud.
This role is within the Oracle Analytics Warehouse (OAW) product development organization. OAW is a fully managed cloud service delivering enterprise warehouse solutions for Fusion Applications using a cutting-edge tech stack, advanced data integration, and analytics platforms.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent from a reputed university.
Proven experience supporting business users on Cloud/On-premise BI applications.
Strong SQL/PL-SQL skills with excellent debugging capability.
Experience diagnosing network latency and analyzing logs.
Functional knowledge in ERP, Finance, HCM, or EBS domains.
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion is a plus.
Good programming skills in Python or Java.
Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is advantageous.
Experience tuning SQL performance and understanding ETL pipelines.
Familiarity with build and release management workflows.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
Address customer issues and tickets within defined SLAs.
Proactively resolve potential problems before they impact customers.
Ensure efficient product performance by investigating root causes during customer interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
Understand customer issues deeply and assess their business impact.
Recommend and implement solutions or escalate issues if necessary.
Analyze logs and configurations, reproduce customer issues when needed.
Contribute to and improve the internal knowledge base.
Share knowledge through discussions and documentation.
Prioritize cases based on severity with a strong sense of urgency.
Identify and automate repetitive support processes through scripts/tools.
Be available for shift-based or weekend support as per the schedule.
