Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Software Developer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or entry-level developers to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced development environment. The selected candidate will be involved in designing, coding, testing, and optimizing software applications using modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement high-quality software applications according to company standards.
Maintain and improve the performance of existing software systems through debugging and upgrades.
Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, define objectives, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in compliance with coding standards.
Design, modify, and maintain software databases to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
Conduct testing and validation of software products to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Participate actively in agile processes, including sprints, code reviews, and planning meetings.
Recommend enhancements to existing systems and software to improve overall performance.
Work closely with business analysts and end-users to understand feedback and enhance user experience.
Technical Skills Required
Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages or frameworks:
Python
JavaScript
HTML / CSS
Ruby on Rails
Spring Boot
REST API development
Angular or React JS
Basic understanding of software development principles and best practices.
Familiarity with database design and handling (preferred).
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Recent graduates or candidates with 0–1 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)
.NET Development: 1 year
Java Development: 1 year
Overall software development experience: 1 year
