Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a suite of business solutions designed to be easy-to-learn and scalable for any market or business size.
The Customer Service Applications Team builds connected customer care solutions for contact centers running on Azure.
The team integrates Dynamics 365, Office 365, and other Microsoft cloud services to deliver predictive and complete application scenarios across devices.
As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate with senior business leaders, internal users, and partners to design and implement Dynamics 365 applications.
You will help select the best technical architecture to solve business needs in a fast-moving, agile environment.
The role involves working on large-scale, 24x7 SaaS business applications, focusing on innovation and close collaboration.
Qualifications
3+ years of professional software development experience with hands-on exposure to web front-end technologies.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in object-oriented languages.
Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Solid skills in algorithm design and software quality improvement.
Experience in object-oriented programming and database querying languages.
Passion for engineering excellence and software quality.
Responsibilities
Design and develop highly usable and scalable new application capabilities while enhancing existing features.
Develop and debug product and test code on a distributed platform using C#, Service Fabric Microservices, and Power Platform.
Troubleshoot live site issues during both product development and live site rotations.
Ensure high reliability of applications and services through intelligent monitoring and alerting.
Collaborate closely with Program Managers and Software Engineers to optimize design, quality, and functionality.
