What We Are Looking For:
- Role: Software Engineer - AI/ML
- Experience:
- Prior experience using and training Transformer or similar models
- Proficiency in Python and/or Go
- Experience with Jupyter Notebooks
- Experience in fine-tuning open-source LLM models
- Experience with Prompt Engineering
- Experience in curating data for training LLM models
- Experience in building validations for LLM models
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience building REST APIs in Python and/or Go
Responsibilities:
- Fine-tune and validate self-hosted LLM models
- Perform prompt engineering to optimize GenAI models
- Build data pipelines
- Integrate LLMs with existing products
- Operationalize LLMs on the cloud
- Develop toolsets and workflows in Python and/or Go
- Collaborate with the team to ship product features from planning to launch to maintenance with ownership
- Work with other engineers to find elegant architectures and solutions
- Make effective trade-offs between engineering and product requirements, balancing short-term and long-term needs
