Job Title: Lead Software Engineer
Location: Hyderabad

Skills Required:
Core Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Core Java and Advanced Java
- Mandatory hands-on experience with ReactJS or React Native, Redux, Node.js, JavaScript, JQuery, NodeJS ExpressJS, BackboneJS, and NPM
Preferred Knowledge:
- Experience with ActiveMQ or any messaging server, and Redis or any NoSQL database
- Familiarity with build and continuous integration tools like ANT, NPM, Maven, Jenkins, GIT/SVN
Design & Development:
- Strong low-level design skills, including expertise in Design Patterns and UI Design Patterns
- Proficiency in Unit Testing and ensuring Cross Browser Compatibility
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with experience in MVC frameworks and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
Additional Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in conducting code reviews
- Ability to follow Agile methodologies and development lifecycles
- Experience in contributing to the evolution of company best practices, standards, and policies for software development
Leadership & Mentorship:
- At least 2 years of experience in Software Product Development
- Currently working as a Lead Software Engineer, mentoring a team of 3 to 4 developers
Experience in Domain:
- Preferably experience in the Retail or E-commerce domain
Academic Qualifications:
B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent
