Role Overview
Join a Scrum team working on the Kondor Front Office system for investment banking clients.
Contribute to the design and implementation of functional requirements.
Follow Agile and SAFe methodologies, SOLID principles, and best practices in software development.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical and functional requirements.
Implement functional requirements according to given specifications.
Follow the complete software development lifecycle and team coding standards.
Debug, analyze, and resolve complex application defects.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support product releases and resolve issues.
Share knowledge and mentor team members as required.
Handle additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
Technical Requirements
5+ years of software development experience including design and implementation.
Proficiency in C++ programming and strong object-oriented design skills.
Hands-on experience in Python is a plus.
Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
Strong experience in SQL and relational databases.
Exposure to Git, Jira, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes preferred.
Understanding of the full software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
