Primary Responsibilities:

Compliance with Policies: Adhere to company policies, employment contract terms, and directives related to work assignments, location changes, team adjustments, work shifts, and flexible work arrangements.
Technology Implementation: Contribute to development and maintenance of various applications and systems in accordance with company standards.
Work Environment Adaptability: Assist with work environment changes in response to business needs, ensuring that teams remain aligned with overall objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Graduation in a computer-related field.
Technical Skills:
- Programming Languages & Frameworks: Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development using Maven.
- Unix & ETL: Knowledge or experience in working with UNIX systems and ETL processes.
- Streaming Technologies: Familiarity with Apache Kafka and KSQL.
- UI Technologies: Experience with React or Angular.
- Databases: Strong understanding of Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, and MySQL.
- CI/CD Tools: Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery.
- Version Control: Proficiency in using GitHub for version control.
- Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of monitoring platforms such as Grafana.
- Agile Methodology: Understanding of Agile, DevOps, Scrum, and CA Rally.
- Cloud Technologies: Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, or public cloud environments.
Domain Knowledge: Experience or understanding of the US Health Insurance domain.
