Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Server, C#, React JS, SQL Azure, JavaScript, and .Net Framework. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English and offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL Server, C#, React JS, SQL Azure, JavaScript, and .Net Framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed software.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the software remains current and competitive.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Ensure software solutions comply with security and compliance standards.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing to ensure software reliability.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in SQL Server, C#, React JS, SQL Azure, JavaScript, and .Net Framework.
Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining software applications.
Exhibit proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance (nice to have).
Display strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Certifications Required
Knowledge of Angular or willingness to learn Angular.
