About the Role
Join UKG as a Software Engineer I — a great opportunity for recent graduates to begin their software development careers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for software systems and applications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers.
Participate in debugging, testing, and optimizing software applications.

Assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation for systems and codebases.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
Strong understanding of:
