Build innovative components to improve scale and efficiency in fast-evolving market technology.
Write high-quality, production-ready code used by millions of cloud platform users.
Design and implement scalable, robust APIs and API framework features for a multi-tenant environment.
Participate in all phases of SDLC: design, coding, code reviews, automation, and testing.
Develop efficient components/algorithms for a microservice-based, SaaS cloud environment.
Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Provide technical leadership to the team (based on your seniority level).
6+ years of experience in software development and design.
Proven experience designing and implementing large infrastructure projects with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Go, or Python in a Linux/UNIX environment.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Ownership of multiple instances of mission-critical services.
Experience with Agile methodology and test-driven development (TDD).
Use of telemetry/metrics for operational excellence.
Solid knowledge of API development best practices.
Familiarity with tools and platforms like:
GitHubExperience balancing live site ops, feature delivery, and tech debt.
Ability to design, develop, debug, and run resilient distributed systems across multiple data centers.
Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and judgment skills.
Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
Passion for building reliable services on unreliable hardware.
Influence and drive towards zero-touch, highly scalable infrastructure.
Provide technical/architectural leadership in a global team.
Automate and optimize code, processes, and efficiency.
Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce service infrastructure.
