DSE XR - India focuses on development of next-generation XR based Packet over Optical routers.
Candidates with design and development knowledge of networking protocols in C under multi-process OS like Linux are sought.
Work involves developing tasks across the full product development lifecycle under Agile methodology.
MIG Routing XR PI team handles platform-independent software development for switching, wireless, network services, routing, optical software, and cable access.
This includes operating systems and network services for IOS-XR in service provider markets.

Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in C programming, OS, Kernel and System Programming.
Skilled in Python and networking technologies including TCP/IP and Layer 2/3 protocols.
Experienced in network and multithread programming.
Familiarity with Linux, Kernel programming, and open-source technologies is highly desirable.
Strong Python or Perl scripting skills.
Prior exposure to virtualization technologies and hypervisors like KVM, Xen, VMWare is a plus.
Excellent practical experience with L2/L3 and L4 protocols.
Able to work independently, a good team player, and capable of mentoring engineers.
Expert hands-on experience with C programming.
Hands-on experience with OS concepts, BIOS, and hardware programming.
Experience with network and multithread programming.
Exposure to Linux, Kernel programming, and open-source technologies is highly desirable.
Strong Python/Perl scripting skills.
Prior experience with virtualization and hypervisors (KVM, Xen, VMWare) is a plus.
Solid working knowledge of L2/L3 and L4 protocols.
