We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Test Engineer (QA) to perform manual testing, assess software quality, and ensure defect-free product delivery. This role is ideal for freshers or junior professionals passionate about quality assurance and interested in growing with an innovative team.
Review and analyze system specifications.
Collaborate with QA Engineers to design and implement effective test strategies and plans.
Execute manual test cases and evaluate results against requirements.
Create logs and detailed reports documenting bugs, testing phases, and outcomes.
Report defects and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
Perform post-release and post-implementation testing.
Help troubleshoot issues and escalate as necessary.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
Document technical issues clearly and systematically.
Support project management in QA methodologies and processes.
Maintain detailed testing records for audit and quality tracking.
Basic understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Familiarity with Agile development frameworks and regression testing.
Ability to write clear bug reports and documentation.
Knowledge of test management software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) is a plus.
