The ideal candidate will architect cloud-native solutions, especially in the GenAI domain, and guide technical strategy across the organization.
Architect scalable and robust solutions across multiple domains, including AI/ML applications.
Lead and manage multiple software development projects and technical teams simultaneously.
Design and implement cloud-based SaaS applications using AWS services.
Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical capabilities and career growth.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in software engineering and AI/ML technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Define and enforce software development best practices, ensuring high-quality architecture and code.
Contribute actively to the organization's long-term technical vision and strategy.
Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
12–15 years of hands-on experience in software development and architecture.
Proven experience architecting scalable solutions across various domains, including at least 1–2 GenAI or AI/ML-based applications.
Strong understanding of GenAI technologies and their practical implementation.
Expertise in full-stack development including:
Backend: Node.js, Python
Frontend: Angular.js, React.js
Databases: Oracle, MySQL, Redis
Strong proficiency in cloud technologies, with a focus on AWS-based solutions.
Experience in building and managing cloud-native SaaS applications.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities.
Ability to operate effectively in agile, fast-paced development environments.
Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
Familiarity with additional programming languages and frameworks.
Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications.
