Key Responsibilities:
- Splunk Infrastructure Management – Design, deploy, and manage Splunk environments.
- Data Integration – Integrate Splunk with various data sources for effective data ingestion.
- Dashboard & Alert Development – Create and maintain Splunk dashboards, queries, and alerts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Gather requirements and deliver Splunk solutions for various teams.
- Data Management & Compliance – Implement best practices for data retention and management.
- Training & Support – Provide user training and support for Splunk-related tasks.
- Linux/Unix & Windows Operations – Comfortable working in both Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
- Issue Resolution & RCA – Handle on-call escalations, perform root cause analysis, and resolve tickets within SLA.
- Quality & Compliance – Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Value-Added Activities – Contribute to knowledge base updates, mentoring freshers, and coaching analysts.
- Customer Satisfaction – Ensure a positive customer experience through First Call Resolution (FCR) and minimal reopen cases.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Splunk Expertise – Experience in designing, deploying, and managing Splunk solutions.
- Cloud Services & Platform Engineering – Hands-on knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure.
- Scripting & Automation – Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
- Linux/Unix & Windows Proficiency – Comfortable working in multi-platform environments.
- Data Management & Security – Strong understanding of data ingestion, retention, and security best practices.
