Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience in React JS and JavaScript, specializing in the Finance and Accounting domain. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that improve and support our financial systems. The ideal candidate must be able to understand complex financial processes and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React JS and JavaScript to support financial systems.
Collaborate with product owners, QA, and design teams to gather and analyze functional and business requirements.
Translate financial and accounting requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions accordingly.
Implement responsive, user-friendly UI components to ensure superior user experience.
Optimize performance, reliability, and responsiveness of web applications.
Identify, troubleshoot, and debug issues to maintain high-performance systems.
Conduct comprehensive code reviews and promote adherence to best coding practices.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to keep the application stack current.
Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.
Coordinate closely with the QA team to ensure robust testing coverage and high-quality releases.
Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Continuously improve development processes and contribute to technical best practices.
Document technical requirements, system designs, and user guides for future reference.
Qualifications
5 to 7 years of strong hands-on experience in React JS and JavaScript.
Proven domain expertise in Finance and Accounting systems.
Excellent analytical and debugging skills to resolve complex technical issues.
Proficiency in building responsive and intuitive web interfaces.
Experience working within agile teams and familiarity with Scrum practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and support team growth.
Consistent track record of delivering high-quality code through detailed reviews.
Commitment to continuous learning and keeping pace with modern development trends.
Experience in preparing and maintaining technical documentation.
