Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Developer with expertise in React JS and JavaScript, ideally with a strong background in Finance and Accounting domains. You will play a critical role in building modern financial applications focused on performance, security, and scalability.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex financial applications using React JS and JavaScript.
Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and standards.
Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to peers.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues for seamless performance.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into solutions.
Participate across the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications by working closely with product managers and stakeholders.
Implement appropriate security and data protection strategies to secure financial data.
Mentor junior developers and promote a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality, reliable code.
Maintain detailed documentation for processes, code changes, and system specs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience in React JS and JavaScript, with solid understanding of related ecosystems.
Proven experience in developing applications in the Finance & Accounting domain.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a critical, analytical mindset.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively.
