Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a specialization in Alteryx workflows to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights. Leveraging your expertise in Alteryx, you will design, develop, and optimize data workflows to support our analytical needs. Your work will play a critical role in informing business decisions by providing accurate and timely data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Design & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain complex Alteryx workflows to automate data validation processes during data conversion cycles (ETL for ERP master data migration).
• Optimization: Optimize workflows for efficiency and performance.
• Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the workflow process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Communication: Clearly communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordination: Collaborate with IT and business functional teams to ensure correct data validation within workflows.
• Data Quality: Implement data quality checks and validation procedures within Alteryx workflows.
• Governance & Compliance: Adhere to data governance policies, best practices, and ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Data Science or a related field (College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree).
• Certifications: Alteryx certification(s) are required.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on Alteryx workflows.
• Skills: Proficiency in Alteryx Designer, Server, and other Alteryx tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and experience interpreting complex data sets.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Certifications Required

• Oracle Certified Professional
• Oracle Cloud ERP Certification
• Oracle Integration Cloud Certification

Additional Knowledge (Preferred)

• Knowledge in supply chain management and finance processes.
• Experience with additional data analysis tools or platforms.
