Key Responsibilities
Lead global support, security, maintenance, and operations for assigned enterprise applications.
Manage a geographically distributed team, providing leadership and planning support.
Deliver solution architecture guidance to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and extensible.
Use strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills to oversee system performance.
Effectively communicate with all business levels and tailor communication as needed.
Foster team collaboration and learning; model positivity and proactive problem-solving.
Build internal networks to gather innovative ideas and process insights.
Encourage and lead process improvements and innovation across the organization.
Utilize performance metrics to evaluate and enhance operational efficiency.
Drive creative brainstorming for alternate solutions and balanced decision-making.
Establish and maintain system readiness through training and alignment with business needs.
Forecast team capacity to manage SLA adherence for incidents and enhancements.
Jointly prioritize the work request pipeline with business partners.
Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for application issues, identifying root causes.
Escalate critical problems appropriately; review third-party contracts for scope and cost control.
Manage multiple projects ranging from $25K to $500K in scope.
Understand financial impacts and cost-saving strategies for assigned systems.
Maintain technical expertise and apply modern techniques for implementation and upgrades.
Develop technical design specifications for implementation teams.
Use feedback and metrics to ensure quality service and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the business to recommend and lead innovation projects.
Ensure system designs are globally aligned and shared across departments and regions.
Conduct planning sessions and propose forward-thinking IT solutions.
Provide mentoring and leadership to team members across various global locations.
Define responsibilities, communicate expectations, and drive team development.
Contribute to IT governance and operations models, including work assignment and prioritization tools.
Manage vendor relationships and monitor SLA performance.

Qualifications
BS/BA in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in SDLC for supply chain applications, including:ERP systemsPLM (preferably Teamcenter)
WMS
TMS
QMS
Demand Planning
CRM
Experience working in Agile environments.
Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
Proven experience leading application implementations or upgrades.
Expert-level knowledge in supply chain applications, cloud technologies, and database management.

Salary range: $141,841 – $263,420/year (based on experience, location, and internal equity).
