Job Summary
We are hiring a Sr. Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java 18+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, SQL Developer, Oracle PL/SQL, GIT, and CI/CD pipelines. Front-end experience with Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, and HTML is highly desirable. Knowledge of the Investment Banking and Brokerage domain is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions using Java 18+, Spring Boot, Microservices, and related technologies
Work on front-end technologies including Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, and HTML
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and release new features
Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness
Identify and fix bottlenecks, bugs, and ensure smooth operations
Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain best coding practices
Participate in full software development life cycle: requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
Interact with stakeholders to convert business needs into technical solutions
Stay updated with modern technologies and implement them for product improvement
Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior team members
Contribute to continuous process improvement and agile practices
Ensure all code meets security and data protection standards
Work closely with QA for testing and ensuring delivery of quality products
Qualifications
Strong development experience in Java 18+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka
Skilled in working with SQL Developer, Oracle PL/SQL, Git, and CI/CD tools
Hands-on experience with Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, and HTML
Good understanding of the Investment Banking and Brokerage domain
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
Effective communication in English (both written and verbal)
Proactive in learning new tools and techniques
Comfortable working in a hybrid team model
Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
