Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Programmer Analyst with up to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Spring Boot, AngularJS, and Java. This role involves contributing to innovative technology solutions and supporting product development within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Community Career Lattice: Understand and be able to explain the community career lattice to team members.

- Talent Management: Refer potential new hires and participate in hiring discussions.
- Retention and Mentorship: Identify potential retention risks and facilitate mentorship within the community.

Delivering Superior Engineering Outcomes
- Competency Mapping: Understand your role's competency and proficiency expectations.
- Feedback and Improvement: Solicit performance feedback to identify and address proficiency gaps.
- Project Support: Assist team members in articulating project expectations and provide guidance to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Knowledge Sharing: Engage proactively with team members to address challenges and direct them to relevant knowledge centers.
- Commitments: Make realistic commitments and address any dependencies, risks, or bottlenecks.
- Metrics Understanding: Understand and use relevant metrics to benchmark activities and assess their impact on business outcomes.
Fostering Strong Competency
- Enablement Goals: Clearly understand and explain enablement goals to team members.
- Gap Identification: Identify the team's enablement needs and set up strategies to address competency gaps.
- Best Practices: Drive best practices for identifying and closing competency gaps.
- Experience Building: Facilitate team participation in experience-building forums.
Operating Efficiently
- Resume and Skills: Ensure your resume and skill profile are current, and manage a roster of interview panelists from your team.
- Induction Support: Prepare and provide induction materials for new joiners and support their integration into the community.
- Performance Management: Handle conflicts transparently and drive performance management processes.
- Rewards and Recognition: Monitor the Rewards and Recognition process, ensuring timely and appropriate rewards.
- Skill Profiling: Update skill profiles in HCM and MyCareerApp, and contribute to talent profiling frameworks.
Building Engineering Mindshare
- Reusable Assets: Identify and contribute to the creation of reusable assets.
- Publications: Contribute to white papers, experience papers, and case studies under guidance.
