Job Summary
The Sr. Software Engineer B2 role is pivotal in driving the development and enhancement of software solutions using React JS, Spring Boot, and Java. Operating in a hybrid work model, this position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and efficiency to support the company’s mission and societal impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using React JS, Spring Boot, and Java to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions.
Conduct code reviews and implement testing strategies to ensure code quality and system performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to enhance application usability and responsiveness.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers to promote knowledge sharing and growth.
Apply best practices and follow industry standards in all phases of software development.
Continuously evaluate and improve development tools, processes, and workflows.
Analyze user requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
Work with stakeholders to align software solutions with business goals.
Stay up to date with evolving technologies and incorporate them into development strategies.
Optimize application performance and scalability for long-term growth.
Ensure all software complies with security and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in React JS, Spring Boot, and Java with a strong project track record.
Exceptional problem-solving ability and skill in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team and stakeholder collaboration.
Practical experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Proficiency in software design patterns and architectural principles.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with technology advancements.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
