Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in AWS, React JS, SQL, Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asset & Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift, contributing to our innovative projects and enhancing our technological capabilities.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS, React JS, SQL, Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications within the Asset & Wealth Management domain.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards within the Asset & Wealth Management domain.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Qualifications
Possess strong proficiency in AWS, React JS, SQL, Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Demonstrate extensive experience in the Asset & Wealth Management domain.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Show strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.
Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Hold a relevant certification in AWS or Java to validate technical expertise.
