Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced Salesforce Development Professionals to join our team.
Experience Required: 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to team members.
- Address complex issues and participate in procedural activities.
- Analyze requirements and develop technical solutions that align with Salesforce best practices.
- Engage in ideation activities to create tools and assets for the practice.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Conduct solution reviews and contribute to practice-level tools and asset creation.
Required Technical/Functional Competencies:

Platform Development:
- Hands-on experience in APEX coding, integrations, customizations, and development certifications.
- Proficiency in Lightning UI (Aura and LWC).
- Completion of relevant Trailheads and Badges related to Salesforce Platform Development.

Sales Cloud:
- Experience in configuring and customizing Sales Cloud modules, including Account, Contract, Lead, Opportunity Management, and Reporting.
- Completion of all Sales Cloud Trailheads and Badges.

Experience Cloud:
- Expertise in Salesforce Community/Portal configurations and functionalities, including lead, account, and case management.
- Completion of all Experience Cloud Trailheads and Badges.

Service Cloud:
- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Service Cloud modules, including Contact Management, Case Management, and Omnichannel support.
- Completion of all Service Cloud Trailheads and Badges.

Industry Clouds:
- Experience in any Industry Cloud, such as B2B/B2C eCommerce, Marketing Cloud, or HealthCloud, with completed Trailheads and Badges.
