Role Summary:
You are a seasoned senior software engineer specializing in high-performance, scalable infrastructure and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solutions.
You have extensive experience architecting hybrid solutions for on-premises and cloud-native environments.
Expertise includes automation, troubleshooting, and operations across commercial and government cloud platforms.
You are a hands-on leader thriving in dynamic environments, aligning stakeholders and leading initiatives.
You balance innovation and reliability, navigate changing requirements, and foster a culture of technical excellence and customer-centricity.
Focus on driving strategic business outcomes through infrastructure-as-a-service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on coding in multiple programming languages.
Develop and operate services focusing on high availability, performance, and resilience.
Architect and implement hybrid infrastructure-as-a-service solutions for on-premises data centers and public clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Mature CI/CD pipelines with an automation-first mindset.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, OpenTofu, and Pulumi.
Create solutions for internal developer portals and control planes.
Define security, networking, and compliance standards for multi-cloud environments.
Integrate monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution and performance optimization.

Required Skills and Experience:
Over 12 years of experience in cloud architecture, DevOps, and automation across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, and Bash.
Deep hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, AKS/EKS/GKE, Terraform, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud integration, networking, and security protocols such as OAuth and JWT.
Experience in UI development or integration is a plus.
Background in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud services.
Experience developing automation frameworks and integrating observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
Cloud certifications (especially Azure) are a plus.
Agile mindset suited for fast-paced environments.
