As a Staff Product Owner (PO) in the Digital Platforms & Engineering team, you will serve as the voice of the customer, translating business needs into actionable requirements for the Connect Enterprise project. You will be responsible for the team backlog and ensuring that the team’s work aligns with customer intent and business value. This role requires strong leadership, functional knowledge, and the ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution.
Product Roadmap & Development: Collaborate with global product management partners and customers to co-develop and drive product roadmaps. Translate these roadmaps into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Agile Management: Lead the team in Agile methodologies, including daily stand-ups, iteration planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Manage and prioritize the sprint backlog, balancing partner requirements and ensuring effective backlog refinement.
Functional Design & Go-to-Market: Define product functional design, develop go-to-market plans, and ensure product management, marketing, and leadership have the necessary tools and information for success.
Non-Functional Requirements: Identify and document Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), including security, performance, and cost aspects. Drive implementation and reporting of these requirements.
Team Collaboration: Guide the team in estimating features and capabilities, and maintain visibility and clarity through information radiators. Collaborate with Release Train Engineers, Product Management, and Scrum Masters to prepare for program-level events such as PI Planning and system demos.
Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to QMS (ISO9001:2015) and ISMS (ISO 27001) standards. Lead process changes and support auditing. Promote process automation and innovative ideas to advance product development.
Communication & Leadership: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills. Document and explain processes clearly. Facilitate a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering or Master’s in Computer Science with 6+ years of relevant experience.
