Role Overview:
UST is seeking an experienced and strategic Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Retail and Corporate Banking and Fintech to join our Enterprise Solutions team. You will engage with clients and partners across all stages of the project lifecycle, from pre-sales to delivery, and help shape next-generation banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients during pre-sales and project phases to provide subject matter expertise in banking technology transformation, functional requirements, and solution implementation.
Guide implementation teams by offering strategic input on functionality, technology choices, and implementation strategies.
Identify, evaluate, and engage with potential fintech industry partners to enhance UST’s offerings in the US market.
Collaborate with selected partners to design and deliver integrated joint solutions.
Work closely with product teams to develop and enhance fintech products and services.
Ensure products meet all regulatory and industry standards.
Stay up to date with regulatory changes affecting the banking and fintech sectors.
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in UST’s product offerings.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in developing and implementing software for retail banking, corporate banking, and fintech sectors.
In-depth knowledge of core banking platforms, digital banking platforms, payment systems, and regulatory reporting tools.
Proven success in a previous Subject Matter Expert (SME) role.
Strong knowledge of banking regulations, fintech innovations, and industry best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
