Job Summary
The System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing hotel IT systems and business processes to identify areas of improvement, streamline operations, and implement technology solutions that support business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate current IT systems to identify limitations, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement or replacement.
Collaborate with various hotel departments to gather user requirements and understand existing system usage.
Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new software solutions or Property Management System (PMS) modules.
Analyze system workflows, data integration points, and performance bottlenecks to improve data flow and system reliability.
Liaise with external vendors and software developers for system customization, troubleshooting, and upgrade support.
Provide support for database management, data extraction, and the development of reporting tools to aid business decision-making.
Ensure IT systems are aligned with business objectives and are intuitive for end users.
Skills and Qualifications
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in system analysis, IT consulting, or a similar role.
Demonstrate knowledge of SQL, database design principles, and ERP or PMS systems.
Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Have a working proficiency in English to effectively collaborate with the internal team and external partners.
