Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Data Analysis Professionals to join our team as a Tech Lead in Data Management.
Experience Required: 8+ years
Primary Skills:
- Data Modeling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical): Expert
- Semi-Structured and Unstructured Data: Expert
- Data Profiling and Source System Analysis: Expert
- Data Governance: Expert (working with data owners, stewards, and custodians in a federated model)
- Metadata Management (including data catalog usage): Expert
- Technologies: Parquet, SQL, Graph (Expert)
- Tools: ER Studio Data Architect/Erwin (Proficient)
- Industry Value Chain Processes: Proficient in at least two
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure (Purview, Glue) - Proficient
- Systems Development: Proficient, including knowledge of the software development life cycle
Desirable Skills:
- Prior experience in leading data governance and data management tools is beneficial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual and logical data models.
- Create data flow diagrams and semantic data models.
- Establish dictionaries, taxonomies, and ontologies.
- Update data governance frameworks, data catalogs, and data quality solutions.
- Collaborate with application developers to align data models with application design.
- Work with business data owners to harmonize entities.
- Ensure data structures align with business architecture and requirements.
