About the Role:
As a Tech Program Associate at Vertocity, you will play a key role in supporting our learners by coordinating with mentors, analyzing assignments, guiding capstone projects, and interpreting customer and learning data to provide periodic insights. Your strong theoretical knowledge will be essential in teaching concepts, clarifying doubts, and ensuring that learners have a high-quality educational experience. This role demands excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learner success.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Expertise in Power BI
- Basic Python skills
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate learning sessions by connecting with mentors
- Analyze large datasets from various sources to extract and deliver insights regularly
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track learner progress
- Review and assess assignments and capstone projects for quality and accuracy
- Apply strong theoretical knowledge to reinforce learning objectives
- Provide clear and timely assistance to learners, addressing any doubts or questions they may have
- Teach and explain technical concepts to learners as needed
Good to Have Skills:
- Understanding of Machine Learning
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
