About the Role:
We are looking for an accomplished Technical Architect with over 8 years of experience to join our innovative team. As a Technical Architect, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Python programming, object-oriented design principles, and extensive experience with web development frameworks such as Django and Flask. Proficiency in REST APIs, version control systems, data structures, and file operations is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement large-scale, highly distributed, and resilient software solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and architects, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, product owners, and project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate new technologies and tools, recommending the best solutions for ongoing and future projects.
API Integration: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions using Python and integrate REST APIs into existing systems.
Web Development: Utilize web frameworks like Django and Flask to build efficient and maintainable web applications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Version Control: Use version control systems such as GIT and Perforce to manage code repositories effectively.
Data Handling: Demonstrate proficiency in data structures, file operations, and parsing techniques for XML, JSON, and plain text data formats.
Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and support as needed.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development, focusing on Python.

Web Technologies: Proficiency in web development technologies such as AngularJS, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
