Qualification & Technical Skills
10+ years of overall experience in technology roles.
Hands-on experience in Big Data and Cloud Technologies.
Expertise in designing and developing applications using Big Data and Cloud platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with Apache Spark and the Hadoop ecosystem (e.g., HDFS, Hive, HBase, etc.).
Proficiency and hands-on exposure to one or more Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Working knowledge of Shell scripting and Java or Python programming languages.
Experience in Hadoop migration projects (Good to Have).
Familiarity with at least one workflow engine such as Oozie or Autosys (Good to Have).
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Good to Have).
A strong passion for exploring and adopting new technologies.
Exposure to automation approaches for data engineering tasks (Good to Have).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Deep understanding of data ingestion, processing, and orchestration.

Role and Responsibilities
Define the Data Warehouse modernization strategy and approach for customers.
Align and communicate with the customer on the end-to-end technical approach and high-level solution.
Design systems capable of meeting performance SLAs.
Resolve technical queries and support the development team during implementation.
Collaborate with the team to define and implement an end-to-end migration approach for one use case that can be scaled across additional iterations.
