Key Responsibilities

A. Technical Delivery and Consulting

  1. Work independently as a subject matter expert within the SAP technical workstream across implementation, enhancement, conversion, and support projects.

  2. Perform high-level and detailed-level technical design based on business requirements.

  3. Develop and implement integration solutions in line with client needs and technical architecture.

  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their current business processes and technical challenges.

  5. Participate in workshops to capture integration and system design requirements.

  6. Translate client requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

  7. Provide training, documentation, and end-user support to ensure seamless adoption.

  8. Write comprehensive technical specifications and test plans for development teams.

  9. Support project planning, manage deliverables, and ensure adherence to project timelines.

  10. Deliver support and escalation resolution during project delivery phases.

  11. Act as the key liaison between the client and third-party service providers including SAP.

  12. Identify and promote innovation opportunities and transformation initiatives within existing accounts.

Education

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering or a related discipline.


Compensation

  1. Salary range: ₹14–20 LPA (based on experience and interview performance).
