Job Description:
We are hiring a Technical Lead with expertise in .NET technologies to drive the development and delivery of robust full-stack solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development with .NET Core and C#, along with hands-on experience in React JS and MSSQL. Familiarity with AWS Cloud and design patterns will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end development and architecture of .NET-based fullstack applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship high-quality features.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of web applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
Apply design patterns and best coding practices to deliver clean, maintainable code.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Candidate Requirements:
7 to 9 years of professional experience in fullstack development using .NET Core and C#.
Strong proficiency in React JS for front-end development.
Expertise in relational database design using MSSQL.
Proficient in building and integrating Web APIs.
Good understanding of design patterns and architectural principles.
Nice to have: experience with AWS cloud services.
