Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead – .NET to join our Fullstack team. This role requires strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies along with leadership capability to guide development efforts, ensure code quality, and drive technical excellence across web-based enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage fullstack development using .NET Core, C#, and React JS.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and robust web applications using Web API and MSSQL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality software.
Apply design patterns and best practices to create maintainable and efficient codebases.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to support CI/CD practices and testing processes.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest software quality.
Support deployment and post-production issue resolution as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
7–9 years of strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, React JS, MSSQL, and Web API development.
Good understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS (added advantage).
Solid knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
