Job Summary

Role: Senior Business Analyst – Business Process Healthcare
Function: Analyze and improve healthcare business processes, optimize operations, and collaborate on solutions that drive efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze existing healthcare business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.

  3. Design and implement efficient business process improvements.

  4. Conduct detailed data analysis to support process optimization and strategic decisions.

  5. Partner with cross-functional teams for successful execution of changes.

  6. Present progress reports, findings, and recommendations to business stakeholders.

  7. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and deliver user training for new solutions.


Skill Requirements

  1. Deep understanding of healthcare business processes.

  2. Expertise in process documentation and improvement methodologies.

  3. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  4. Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.

  5. Experience working in cross-functional project teams.
