Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly proficient Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of hands-on expertise in SQL Server, Kafka, ETL, Java 11, Java Persistence API, Spring MVC, Python, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring Core, REST Web Services, Core Java, and PL/SQL. Ideal candidates will have strong domain knowledge in Asset & Wealth Management and a proven ability to lead complex development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex software solutions using Java 11, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Develop and manage REST Web Services to facilitate seamless system integration.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior development team members.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements for Asset & Wealth Management initiatives.
Design and optimize ETL processes to support efficient data transformation and load operations.
Manage database operations using SQL Server and PL/SQL for performance and reliability.
Implement robust messaging systems using Kafka to ensure secure and reliable data transfer.
Maintain and enhance applications using Spring MVC, Spring Core, and Hibernate.
Develop automation scripts and utilities in Python for operational efficiency.
Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
Resolve technical issues and defects with urgency to minimize service disruption.
Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to business goals.
Participate in process improvement efforts to enhance development methodologies and delivery timelines.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in SQL Server, Kafka, ETL, Java 11, Java Persistence API, Spring MVC, Python, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring Core, REST Web Services, Core Java, and PL/SQL.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience in the Asset & Wealth Management domain.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Demonstrated capability to work in a hybrid work model.
