Job Summary:
Lead complex Python development projects and guide the technical team.
Improve productivity through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Ensure high-quality code delivery and performance optimization.
Support the entire software development lifecycle from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership in Python development and automation frameworks.
Conduct code reviews and performance tuning using Flask and Pytest.
Ensure compliance with development standards and QA processes.
Participate in technical discussions, feasibility studies, and risk analysis.
Define project goals and collaborate with stakeholders for smooth delivery.
Prepare project status reports and manage escalations.
Skill Requirements:
Expert-level Python programming knowledge.
Proficient in Flask for web development and Pytest for test automation.
Experience in SAP automation and test tools.
Strong understanding of QA practices and software development life cycle.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications (Preferred):
Certified Python Developer (preferred).
ISTQB or equivalent certification in software testing (advantageous).
