Job Summary:
Lead development teams through low-level design, coding, and unit testing.
Oversee technical implementation using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and MongoDB.
Guide team members and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Act as a key technical point of contact for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team in software development and implementation projects.
Provide code reviews and technical guidance in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and MongoDB.
Work with cross-functional teams and clients to define requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver efficient technical solutions.
Stay updated with evolving technologies and foster innovation in the team.
Skill Requirements:
Strong command of Java programming and object-oriented principles.
Hands-on experience with Spring (Boot, MVC, Security).
Proficiency in Hibernate ORM and sound understanding of DB concepts.
Familiarity with relational databases and NoSQL (especially MongoDB).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Good communication skills to lead and collaborate effectively with teams.
