Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for managing technology in complex projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
Provide technical guidance to a team of developers to enhance their technical capabilities and increase productivity.
Conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, and ensure performance optimization through implementation of best practices and coding standards for successful project delivery.
Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/reviews as a technical consultant for:
4.1. Feasibility studies
4.2. Evaluation of technical alternatives
4.3. Selection of best-fit packages
4.4. Support of architecture best practices
4.5. Identification of technical risks
4.6. Breakdown of requirements into components
4.7. Estimations and effort planning
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Prepare and submit status reports to minimize exposure to risks and ensure timely closure of escalations.
