Provide technical guidance and solutions to the team on projects.
Define, promote, and enforce best coding standards and development practices.
Mentor and support team members in improving their technical proficiency and productivity.
Ensure process compliance for assigned modules.
Participate in technical reviews and feasibility analysis including evaluation of technical alternatives, packages, architecture choices, and risk assessments.
Breakdown work into components and provide estimation support.
Prepare and submit status reports to minimize risks and help resolve project escalations.
