Provide end-to-end technical guidance and solutions for ongoing and upcoming CI/CD-focused projects.
Define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards across the development lifecycle.
Guide team members in enhancing their skills and productivity through mentoring and training.
Ensure process compliance in assigned modules and contribute to design and architecture discussions.
Act as a technical consultant during feasibility studies and risk analysis to support project decisions.
Prepare and submit timely project status reports, minimizing risks and proactively resolving escalations.
CI/CD expertise, particularly in building, integrating, and maintaining DevOps pipelines.
Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins, AWS, Ansible, and automated testing frameworks.
Experience working in Agile environments with a focus on rapid delivery.
Familiarity with the Japanese language is a strong plus and may be required for specific client communication.
Solid knowledge of cloud-native development and AWS service orchestration.
Understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting in cloud environments.
Experience with security and compliance within CI/CD pipelines.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Related Technical Field
6–10+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership or senior DevOps role.
