The Senior Technical Lead will provide expert-level guidance in Spring Boot, Python, and Java technologies.
The role involves leading a team of developers and overseeing end-to-end technical delivery of software solutions.
Lead development teams in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Spring Boot, Python, and Java.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and align technical requirements with business goals.
Enforce coding standards, testing practices, and continuous integration/deployment processes.
Provide mentorship and technical leadership to enhance the team’s skillset and productivity.
Conduct code reviews, resolve complex bugs, and recommend system optimizations.
Stay current with industry trends and evolving technologies to drive technical innovation.
Deep expertise in Spring Boot, Python, and Java development.
Proven experience leading and managing development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
Ability to architect and design scalable, high-performance applications.
Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications in Spring Boot, Python, or Java are an added advantage.
