Job Summary

  1. The Technical Lead will provide expert support in managing MS Exchange environments, ensuring system reliability, resolution of escalations, and enhancement of knowledge base and team skills.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide timely support for escalated issues, ensuring thorough root cause analysis.

  2. Resolve technical tickets independently within defined SLA parameters related to MS Exchange.

  3. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, company policies, and regulatory compliance.

  4. Contribute to value-added tasks such as knowledge base updates, training of freshers, and mentoring support analysts.

  5. Deliver positive customer experience through high First Call Resolution (FCR) rates and minimal ticket reopens or rejections.


Skill Requirements

  1. Proven hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting MS Exchange environments.

  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with focus on SLA adherence.

  3. Good understanding of incident management and IT service delivery processes.

  4. Ability to coach, mentor, and support junior analysts and team members.

  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.


Education

  1. B-Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related discipline.
