Job Summary
Be a key player in testing and ensuring the quality of HTML5/Typescript-based Class 2/Class 3 real money digital games for international markets. These games will be hosted on iOS, Android, and web platforms.
What You Will Do
Test mobile, tablet, desktop, OS, and browser variations for compatibility and performance.
Use your exposure to JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, and other web technologies to identify bugs and understand the resolution and release process.
Conduct performance testing and present validation/analysis results to project teams.
Collaborate globally with studio leads for status updates and aligned goal delivery.
Participate in after-hours calls based on business needs.
Debug and troubleshoot code to identify root causes and communicate detailed issues to developers.
Modify game code to trigger testing features and achieve high test coverage.
Add custom code for gathering memory metrics, core dumps, etc., using available tools and frameworks.
Understand mobile devices and web applications thoroughly.
Suggest improvements in tools, processes, and test coverage.
Act as a workflow guardian and champion team API compliance and process stability.
Manage the delivery process and set expectations for external stakeholders.
Handle and resolve escalations effectively.
Provide regulatory support and field questions from regulators when required.
Oversee the portfolio to ensure updates meet new market and operator requirements.
Manage pre-release packaging and readiness.
Ensure game update communications are clear and informed.
Confirm whether font licensing is required for jurisdictions.
Review legal implications of game renaming for new markets.
Provide live issue support to the team lead.
What We're Looking For
6+ years of experience in manual black-box testing.
Proficiency with Jira and Test Case Management (TCM) tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with gambling games, especially slot mechanics.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in the gaming domain is a strong plus.
