Job Description:
Join as a Technical Specialist with expertise in VMware NSX-T and take on challenging responsibilities in a dynamic environment. This role emphasizes hands-on experience in NSX-T for datacenters, advanced troubleshooting, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Escalations:
- Handle on-call escalations and perform root cause analysis.
- Independently resolve tickets adhering to SLAs and timelines.

System Administration & Troubleshooting:
- Extensive troubleshooting in NSX-T environments.
- Maintain distributed virtual switches and manage VMware vSphere components (ESX and VCenter).

Knowledge Management & Training:
- Update and manage knowledge bases.
- Train and coach freshers and analysts for technical proficiency.

Customer Experience:
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) through effective issue resolution.
- Minimize reopened cases by providing quality resolutions.

Value-Adding Activities:
- Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and innovation.
Required Skills & Expertise:

Core Skills:
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in VMware NSX-T.
- Strong understanding of VXLAN, Geneve, and NSX-T federation concepts.
- Hands-on experience with load balancers like AVI and NSX native solutions.

Networking Expertise:
- Good knowledge of routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP).

VMware Ecosystem:
- Proficiency with VMware vSphere components, distributed virtual switches, and related products.

Additional Skills:
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience with other VMware products is an advantage.
