Provide L2/L3-level technical support for Backup and Storage environments across Windows and Linux systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues independently within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent resolutions.
Maintain documentation, update knowledge base articles, and contribute to internal technical training.
Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and regulatory policies.
Deliver a positive end-user experience through effective communication and first-call resolution.
Hands-on experience in Backup and Storage technologies, especially Commvault.
Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux-based backup environments.
Good understanding of disaster recovery practices and planning.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with ITIL-based incident and problem management processes.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Related Technical Field
2.5–5 years of experience in Backup and Storage support roles with exposure to enterprise infrastructure.
