Job Summary:

The Technical Support team addresses complex queries related to the installation, configuration, and use of Dell products through phone, email, online, and social media channels.
As a Technical Support Engineer 2, you will join the Product Services team in Bangalore, managing high-impact technical issues in an enterprise environment.
You will work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver resolutions and continuously enhance service quality and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve complex enterprise server issues in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting.
Collaborate with L2 and L3 technical teams across hardware and OS disciplines.
Provide feedback to engineering teams based on customer experiences and technical analysis.
Stay informed on the latest enterprise technologies through ongoing training and skill enhancement programs.
Contribute to the improvement of technical support processes, tools, and best practices.
Essential Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical support or equivalent engineering role.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and logical troubleshooting skills.
Solid understanding of motherboard architecture, server hardware, RAID technologies, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, ESXi).
Professional communication skills, strong work ethic, and customer-focused mindset.
Desirable Requirements:
Certifications in server technologies such as Server+ or PowerEdge Associate.
Certifications in operating systems or related platforms.
