Key Responsibilities
Own and resolve customer technical issues related to Azure Cloud security and Microsoft Defender products.
Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot and solve mission-critical problems with a customer-first mindset.
Build knowledge communities and share best practices with peers to enhance team readiness.
Identify product defects and contribute to Microsoft product/process improvements through feedback and escalation.
Communicate technical solutions clearly, ensuring customers maximize their Microsoft investment.
Participate in continuous training to develop advanced technical and professional skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ years of technical support/consulting or IT experience
OR 3+ years of equivalent technical support or IT experience
Fluent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines with excellent organizational skills
Passion for customer success and continuous learning
Preferred Experience (added advantage):
Working knowledge of System Center Endpoint Protection, Azure Antimalware
Experience with Windows Defender and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (ATP)
