Performance Engineering Essentials
Lead end-to-end execution of business implementations from requirement gathering to deployment.
Assess the feasibility of new change requests and deliver timely, optimal solutions.
Offer comprehensive support for new system implementations, including architecture, coding, and testing.
Understand and align both functional and technical designs of ERP systems.
Customize, localize, or integrate ERP solutions through appropriate coding and testing methods.
Translate business requirements and processes into ERP-based technical solutions.
Follow development standards to determine implementation methodologies.
Provide product support and address technical issues related to specific ERP solutions.
Develop and deploy automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Act as the bridge between functional and technical requirements and guide internal or client teams accordingly.
Assist the on-site manager with updates and coordinate with the off-site support team.
Complete Wipro certifications and mandatory internal exams to maintain technical competence.
Participate in trainings and domain-specific seminars to strengthen functional and technical expertise.
Contribute to internal knowledge building by writing and publishing white papers, case studies, or technical articles.
Contribute to client success through quality deliverables, adherence to SLAs, timely resolution of tickets, and high customer satisfaction.
Promote automation and process optimization to minimize repetitive efforts and reduce issue volumes.
Continuously improve skills through certifications and publish thought leadership materials within the organization.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering or a related field.
Salary range: ₹14–20 LPA (based on experience and technical evaluation).
